Camtasia studio is a screen capturing application that is used for creating video content. The software application can create various video formats.

The flash video component offers a variety of extensions that add value to presentation process. I created a training executable that included learning material that integrated with a formative assessment. The formative assessment was integrated as group of pre-test questions, targeted at getting an idea of the learner's knowledge of a particular subject. The learner was instructed to answer two questions after each learning section was completed. Camtasia can tally up the score when the instructional is completed.

 Camtasia allows users to integrate video into a flash component. The training material can be converted into an executable.

Camtasia is a powerful tool for trainers because it can be delivered via an email, mobile device or placed on an enhanced CD.
