Today I am trying to finish up a 3000 word group proposal for class. We were instructed to write a proposal that would convince stakeholders at Company A to support the implementation of an e-learning system. The system would address training issues and concerns about how Company A measures up with regional competition. I'm looking at how rapid prototyping can save the company money.
