multiple intelligences

The theory of multiple intelligences developed by Dr. Howard Gardner. There are many different ways to measure intelligence.  It is important that we start understanding that 21st century requirements differed from the narrow definitions of the 20th century.

Linguistic intelligence ("word smart"):
-Logical-mathematical intelligence ("number/reasoning smart")
-Spatial intelligence ("picture smart")
-Bodily-Kinesthetic intelligence ("body smart")
-Musical intelligence ("music smart")
-Interpersonal intelligence ("people smart")
-Intrapersonal intelligence ("self smart")
-Naturalist intelligence ("nature smart")
( Gardner 1991).
