training citizens

American schools are crumbling. It 's a relevant topic that deserves our attention, because the public school system is the front-line of defense against an intellectually aggressive nemesis. How can we create jobs for the 21st century without training citizens to fill the positions we create? I think it is important that we invest in training citizens for jobs of the future. This starts with making sure all citizens have access to basic technology literacy programs. Tools such as webcams, chat applications, email and other basic communication tools, should be offered as non formal learning opportunities at adult learning centers.
