Corporate IQ

“ When it comes to the firm's strategy (marketing and innovation), there are no "best practices." The best strategy is one that fits its particular context well” (Underwood, 2009) . The solution would have to be an original based on the conditions surrounding the need. What role does the “Corporate IQ” concept play in the decision making process of a consultant?  Can social networking technologies improve an organization's IQ in a given period of time, in order to respond to a threat?
